"Lovely staff emergency department"

I had been having some severe back pain and came in 3x in 3 days. Whilst all staff were lovely, supportive and and wanted to help i had Dr Fiona who went absolutely above and beyond for me. 

Dr Fiona really cared about what was going on and how to alleviate my pain. I cannot thank her enough for treating me like a real person and caring about my outcome. 

I was genuinely treated like I was one of her family members or friends.

I have tried to find contact for her (i believe she was a locum) to thank her because her caring nature made the world of difference in a scary situation.

So thank you Swan Hill staff, Doctors and Dr Fiona. 

You all do an outstanding job and I appreciate all your hard work.
