"Lactation Consult"

About: WACHS Telehealth Lactation Service

(as a service user),

Telehealth lactation consult was great but I feel it would be more beneficial to attend a in person appointment.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with our Telehealth Lactation Service. We're really pleased to hear that you found the consultation helpful and supportive.

We also appreciate the feedback regarding in-person appointments. Whilst Telehealth allows us to provide timely access to care - particularly for rural and remote areas, we recognise that some situations and personal preferences may benefit from a face-to-face consultation. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue to reflect on how we deliver and improve our services.

If you feel that an in-person review would be beneficial, we encourage you to connect with your local Midwife, Child Health Nurse or GP, who can support or arrange this where available.

Thank you again for your feedback and for engaging with our service.

Kind regards,

Sam Foster
