Having to undergo regular venesections is never the nicest experience, but these two amazing ladies make it so much easier. Their professionalism, their laughter, and their willingness to go out of their way to help out‑of‑town patients wherever they can is genuinely appreciated.
Paris and Tracy, thank you for turning something difficult into something far more bearable. Your care makes a real difference.
The only improvement the infusion clinic really needs now is a couple of televisions so patients can relax and watch something while they’re in the chair — that would make the whole experience even better.
