(as a parent/guardian),

My 16 year old Daughter had a minor procedure on Friday. Thank you to the staff who cared for her. She said you were all very kind.

Attending the hospital for a procedure can be a very anxious time, so I was very pleased to hear that your daughter felt well cared for during her time in Day Surgery Unit (DSU) and that all the staff she met during her stay treated her with support and kindness.
