"Prince of Wales Oncology Ward4Nth"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 4N - Haematology and Oncology Ward

(as a carer),

We, my partner and I, would like to let staff in the Oncology Ward4Nth, including service staff, that we appreciated everything that was done for her during her stay in the ward.

The nursing staff were very friendly, supportive and excellent in their efforts to take care of her, and also the effort put in to finding the answers to her issues by the doctors and their assistants was first class.

We cant say enough in appreciation, to express our thoughts re the staff and Doctors.

Dear pyxisqt76,

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your recent experience in our hospital. We are very grateful for your kind words of recognition of all our clinical staff who were involved in your wife’s care on 4N. We strongly focus on Person Centred & Compassionate care which is delivered with the highest standard, especially during the most challenging of times.

We appreciate you taking the time to reflect and share with us your observations of the compassion you were given and will make sure that your gratitude and appreciation are shared with the team on 4N.

Kind regards,

Inge Vuuregge

Co-Director of Nursing & Operations NCSR
