I was nervous about the day surgery procedure but once in the day surgery centre, I relaxed - the admission staff were friendly and helpful, and from admission I felt in good hands.

Nurses , especially Lauren and Bincy, were thorough, professional and very caring. The operating thestre was modern, bright and a pleasant space. Anaesthetist, Dr Toby, explained the process from his perspective and afterwards prescribed helpful medications and when/how to take them. Surgeon, Mark explained the surgical process and post-operative procedures very clearly. All medical staff took time to explain and answer questions.

I was blown away in admiration by every step of the medical process. I was overjoyed at the positivity of the experience. Thank you Albany Hospital staff, you are exceptional and I am so proud of the services offered in the regional town of Albany.
