"Excellent care in Emergency and Short stay"

I was experiencing severe vertigo headaches and fever while recovering from the flu and immunotherapy which would not recede after pain medication. We arrived at the Emergency Department about 9.30am 

I was admitted within 10 minutes of checking in. That was super fast and extremely efficient as I have spent over 7 hours waiting in other ED’s over the last 2 years.

I am so thankful for the exceptional service and care that I received in the ED. Nurses Manny and Lisa were very caring supportive helpful and efficient. Many thanks to Dr Sophie for promptly addressing my complicated medical history to sort out the current situation. I was reassured by her knowledge quick assessment and evaluation and especially her very reassuring understanding and empathy for what I was experiencing. Many thanks also to the staff in Short stay especially Nurses Maggie, Luke, Prabhan and Lorraine.
