"Tonsillectomy"

The wonderful staff at Stawell Hospital made what is a big, nerve wracking day for a 6 year old, go so smoothly. Staff were kind and interested, taking the time to explain everything well and in a child friendly way. Little extras like a certificate, superhero cape and getting my son to choose a scent and stick stickers on his anesthetic mask were much appreciated. The room was clean and there was a constant supply of icypoles and warm blankets!
