(as the patient),

I had a procedure done at the RPH pain clinic. I am a frequent patient at RPH however Dr Donald and his team treated me with the utmost care and respect that day . They were kind , caring and compassionate. I have never been treated with such a level of care that I felt I really mattered before . I have major anxiety and complex medical issues and I would just like to say thank you very much to all of the Doctors and nurses on that ward for looking free me and making me feel safe . Thank you .

Thank you Mr Noteboom,

I appreciate that my gratitude will be shared with My Pain specialist and his team. I’ve had so much happening to me lately and the compassion showed just made my world feel a little lighter. That to me means everything. Even your response is inspiring because feedback like this is rare.
