Dear Dr Melita, Dr William and Dr Jacques , Claire Dietitian, Cassie Haematology Nurse, and All Other Staff,

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your outstanding care, compassion, and excellent communication.

My family and I are deeply grateful for the awesome way a pretty difficult urgent diagnosis to begin with was handled while I was in hospital, and beforehand. Cassie Haematology Nurse, was generous and informative, when I needed it most.

Even in Outpatients last Wednesday Dr Jacques immediately put my mind at rest because of his fantastic listening skills and way of delivering information in a concise, understandable manner. He also performed the bone marrow biopsy very professionally.

And, much to my family’s amusement, the dietitian Claire knew much more about a balanced plant based diet than I did! The hospital food was delicious!

I am coming along really good because of your dedication and care.
