I was really impressed with the Imaging Department last week 

I was referred there to have scans done before I have my third lot of ankle surgery.

It had been a long, stressful day and I took my paperwork to Imaging to see how long an appointment would take, expecting it to be weeks.

The Front Desk ladies were absolutely lovely and so helpful towards me! They explained how referrals work and are triaged. I left feeling happy because they were so nice 

The next afternoon, I received a phone call with an appointment for one of the procedures. The lady on the phone had a warm and friendly manner and was able to accommodate me when I asked to change the appointment day. 

I had bloods done by pathology and the girl there was also wonderful.

It really makes a difference to a person's day when People such as those in Imagine and Pathology are helpful and friendly.
