"Colonoscopy"

I attended sundew surgery Joondalup for the colonoscopy procedure .. The staff there were extremely friendly (All the nurses and reception staff) ,never seen the environment like that anyone in Perth. However the experience with the doctor is very unpleasant. They did not take time to hear from pre- colonoscopy (they asked couple of questions) and just wanted my signature on the paperwork. And post colonoscopy the doctor gave their 10 seconds to time to tell me their findings and their got no time for questions.

Again this is private hospital (paid from pocket) and not public sector. The reason for colonoscopy was symptoms I was going through 2 months and I decided to go private due to huge wait times in public sector hospitals . And the doctor couldn’t take 2 minutes to answer my questions and while I am still talking they are already walking out of the room. 

This is very unprofessional and feels they had no care for the patients at all. I walked out disappointed with no answers.
