Hi, 

Quick feedback prompted by your letter. 

1. Sophie called around, did assessment and forwarded report on to Sue's home package co-ordinator for them to apply funding for items. Sophie was efficient in the way she conducted her business. 

2. Mel called around and after a brief talk she agreed to contact a couple of residential care residences on my behalf. Do not know what she did but approx. 10 days later Sue was offered a room in one of those care residences. Well done Mel.
