"I rarely get what i ordered for my meals"

About: Albany Health Campus

(as the patient),

I have been here for over a week and record my menu choices to the menu lady. What i receive bears little resemblance to what i ordered. 

I would like to receive what i ordered.

This is most meals.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your meal orders have not been matching what you selected, and I understand how frustrating this must be—especially after consistently recording your choices.

Providing meals that reflect each patient’s preferences is an important part of delivering quality care, and it’s concerning to hear this has been happening with most of your meals. This is not the experience we want for you.

We will raise this with the catering team immediately to review the ordering and delivery process, and to identify where the breakdown is occurring. We will also ensure your current menu selections are clearly confirmed so you receive the meals you have chosen.

In the meantime, please let a staff member know if your meal is incorrect when it arrives, so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
