My 18yo daughter sought help for an ear problem with Dr Katherine. It was a bit unusual, escutcheon tube dysfunction. Dr Katherine listened and evaluated, scans were done, and a second appointment was made to plan next steps.
Dr Katherine said that there was a surgical option for treatment but that she would not recommend it. The problem isn’t too bad now and it is better to wait than be invasive.
My daughter felt reassured and cared for, and appreciated the conservative management - especially when this makes much less money for the doctor!
