"A note of thanks for our health centre nurse who is constantly providing care and support to our community"

About: Beacon Health Centre

(as a volunteer/advocate),

I am a community member and volunteer ambulance officer. I have had the privilege of working with Tara on several occasions over the past few years. On each of these occasions Tara has provided professional support and care for myself, my team and our patient. I appreciate her guidance and loyalty to our health centre. As a single nurse post, Tara has, in my opinion, on several occasions, gone beyond her usual call of duty to give her best care. Thank you Tara. I look forward to your continued success as a caring nurse. Our community is so fortunate to have you here.

Dear Volunteer Ambo

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful and positive feedback about Tara. Your kind words and recognition of her professionalism, dedication, and commitment to patient care are truly appreciated.

It is especially meaningful to hear how valued her support and collaboration have been to you and your team. Please be assured that your feedback will be passed on to Tara, and it will no doubt be very encouraging for her.

We greatly appreciate your ongoing contribution to the community and your partnership in providing high-quality care.

Kind regards

Michelle Baines
