"Urgent Care"

About: Mount Beauty Hospital / Urgent Care

(as the patient),

I experienced heart attack symptoms and presented to Urgent Care in Mount Beauty. The staff were quick to respond, completed relevant assessments, and kept me informed about exactly what they were doing and what the results meant. They organised prompt Ambulance care and a transfer to a larger hospital. I felt entirely safe and reassured throughout.
