"ED - Broken Wrist"

About: Collie Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

I’d just like to publicly thank the team at Collie ED yesterday afternoon / evening.

We attended the ED last night after my son broke his wrist. From arrival to discharge, the care was efficient, calm, and incredibly kind. He was x-rayed (thank you for coming in on call), had his arm plastered, and we were back home in a few hours.

The staff were so wonderful with him. Gentle, reassuring, and made him laugh in what was a scary situation for him. Also very supportive in helping me with my four month old daughter during the visit.

I believe we are so lucky to have such dedicated healthcare professionals in our community. 💖

Dear normaex85

Thank you for taking to time to get in touch to show your appreciation for our amazing Collie ED team. They are a great bunch who go above and beyond every day to serve our community. I'm glad they were able to look after your son and were also a support for you.

I hope your son is getting used to the plaster and is doing well.

Yours sincerely,

Barry Moroney
