(as the patient),

On Friday 23rd May l was greeted by the lovely receptionist at Daylesford hospital.

I was due to have a colonoscopy and was already feeling nervous . The receptionist put my mind at ease and once the nurse arrived to take my details my nerves had eased . My day spent at Daylesford hospital was a very pleasant one no matter the procedure.  Thank you to the Doctors,  Anaesthetist and the nurses who were all very caring and attentive on the day.  A Special thank you to Sonja and Caitlin for your exceptional bed side manner.
