"EPAS RPA"

I attended RPA EPAS. Sarah, the midwife, was amazing!! I want her to know how much I valued her kind approach and how well cared for I felt. You can tell she is a fountain of knowledge, and treats every patient with this respect and care.  She clearly explained the clinic process and what this would mean in my situation. I didn't get the news or offered the treatment I was hoping for, feeling like I had no control of the situation. But Sarah made this easier to accept, and gave me the information I needed to be ready for the next steps. Thank you Sarah. I want you to know the little moments and interactions make a positive difference to an individual's experience, and our ability to trust and receive care.
