About: Kyneton Hospital / Acute Inpatient Services

(as a relative),

In February 2026 my wife due to pancreatic cancer had her kidney, stomach, spleen and pancreas removed at Austin hospital. Her condition continued to deteriorate to the extent that I called Kyneton hospital regarding palliative care at home. This continued until she was transferred to the hospital on 20/05/2026 and passed away at 02.15 am on 23/05/2026.

I have never met such beautiful people as those who cared for Christine both at home and the hospital making her feel very special and above all pain free.

Please accept my warm love and thanks during Christine’s final days
