About: Sale Hospital / Day Procedure Unit

(as a friend),

I am only supporting my girlfriend who went to Day Surgery today. Firstly we went to the front desk & were greeted by the loveliest, friendly lady who said we had to proceed to Patient Services, a lovely lady greeted us there & we sat for 5 mins before my friend was called up into a room & admitted. That lady told us where the lift was to Day Surgery & once again we were greeted by such nice, caring staff. 

I’ve been here for Day Surgery x 3 over the years and never had any issues, always been the same.

Thankyou Mauricio,

I simply feel people are too quick to judge & only provide negative feedback but it’s so important to let staff know when it’s a positive experience.
