I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Campbelltown Hospital. From my experience, it is truly one of the best hospitals in terms of cleanliness, organisation, and—most importantly—the way patients are treated with empathy and respect.

In my culture, we believe that while many people can hold a job, not everyone is truly able to become a nurse or doctor, because it requires something deeper—a compassionate and caring soul. The staff at this hospital embody that belief. They are not only professionals, but also genuinely kind human beings who show patience, understanding, and emotional support during some of the most difficult moments in a patient’s life.

I live over an hour away from this hospital, yet every time I am unwell, I choose Campbelltown Hospital without hesitation. On one occasion, I was experiencing severe kidney pain and even chose to endure traffic rather than go to a closer hospital, simply because my trust in Campbelltown Hospital is beyond words.

The nurses are incredibly comforting, they listen attentively, and they truly try their best to help and support patients. I am sincerely grateful for their care.

I would also like to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to the Patient Experience Manager (PEM) at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals. I had an issue, and the way it was handled made me feel heard, respected, and taken seriously. My concerns were properly reviewed, and my case was reassessed with genuine consideration for my condition and the urgency of my surgery. This level of response meant more to me than words can fully express.

The pain I was experiencing was beyond explanation, and their actions felt like a form of relief in itself. No words feel enough to describe my gratitude.
