"My stay at the Orthopedic dept public system."

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 5S - Orthopaedics Ward

(as the patient),

I received a call from the admissions& was speaking to a lovely lady named MJ. She explained everything I needed to.do to prepare for surgery.

I arrived to have my right knee replacement in the public system. Upon arrival was greeted by a lovely lady unfortunately didnt remember her name. The process was very straight forward. Explained what I needed to do prior the operation until I was due. Mind you I was first on the block! Loved that news!

Michael & team were very professional getting me ready for my op.

The operation went well. When I arrived to the Orthopedic ward I have no complaints. Vicky was a very lovely nurse looked after me nicely. Gave me wash which was nice n refreshing. Everybody who looked after me Elle, Vicky, Dom, Michael - Physio, Will - took to get a x ray, Jayden training to be a nurse..Sandra who brought me my meals. I thank you all for looking after me for my short stay, I left on the 4th June 26.  I would recommend this hospital.
