"Terrific team at Royal Perth Hospital Hematology Dept"

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Haematology (Anaemia and Blood Cancer) Care

(as the patient),

I am so happy with the care and treatment from the Hematology Dept when I was diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma in Oct 2025. Now in remission in May 2026. I am a 68 year old and was successful in meeting the requirements for a Clinical Trial.

The whole team from RPH, related to my care, always listened to me and promptly provided answers even on a Friday afternoon. I would like to personally acknowledge a few special staff: 

Prof Collin - my specialist.. along with Prof Chung.

Annalisa - my coordinator in the trial.

All the staff at MDU - fantastic and caring.

Staff on the ward of 10C - from receptionist to orderlies, cleaners

Registrars on 10C- Dr John, Dr Tom, Nurse Practitioner (? name) who looked after me whilst I was on Ward 10C, also having bone marrow biopsy x 2.

All related staff involved in the many tests - blood tests, PET/CT scans etc etc
