About: Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS Goldfields

(as the patient),

I am in desperate need of an MRI and we normally have to go to Albany or Kalgoorlie. I visit and spoke to Colleen at the Esperance PATS office and she said if I wanted to go to Perth I needed a letter to my dr. I supplied the letter the next day and Colleen who didn’t have to approved my visit to Perth. By allowing us to go to Perth I’m not only getting the medical treatment I need but I am also able to see my Nana who is declining in health. By Colleen approving Perth she has made us able to cover all bases and she did this with understanding and kindness which I am so grateful for. Colleen your an amazing kind soul thank you so much!
