"Wonderful care at Barwidgee Lodge, Myrtleford"

I am writing to express my gratitude for the wonderful care that all of the staff at Barwidgee Lodge provided to my Dad.  He was at Barwidgee Lodge for over 2 years, and like many people, quite reluctant at the beginning to go into aged care.  Fortunately, the wonderful staff, (nurses, catering, cleaning and management) all helped him to settle into his life.  I loved receiving the calls from staff when he was patient of the week and very grateful also for the care that they provided when he became palliative.  For children of parents who are going into nursing home, based on our experuence I would highly recommend Barwidgee Lodge.  I feel very lucky that we had a service that was in my Dad's local town. I do not think he would have settled in as well, if he had to move to another location.  Thank you again and keep up the wonderful work.
