Dear Peninsula Private Hospital Team,
I refer to my email from April regarding the invoice received from your facility totaling $455.00 for services rendered.
We have not received a response from you regarding our request for you to review this charge and consider waiving it. Furthermore we have since received an overdue notice in the mail demanding payment and threatening us with an additional overdue fee.
We appreciate your urgent attention to this matter which is causing unnecessary stress to my parent.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,

Dear Peninsula Private Hospital Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of my parent, who was admitted to your facility in February after experiencing significant chest pain and disorientation. Given the urgency of his condition, they sought care at your facility as they happened to be driving past at the time.
Following my parent's examination, we were relieved to learn that no immediate issues were detected, and they were discharged. However, it is with concern that I inform you they subsequently suffered a heart attack in early April and was admitted to another hospital. There, they received a comprehensive level of care and was treated for the cardiac issues that were not identified during their earlier visit to your facility.
Given these circumstances, we find ourselves questioning the level of care provided during my parent's admission to Peninsula Private Hospital. As we have now established that my parent was experiencing a serious heart condition at that time, this raises concerns about the adequacy of the care received.
Additionally, we have received an invoice from your facility totaling $455.00 for services rendered. Considering the situation and our belief that the necessary level of care was not provided, we kindly request that you review this charge and consider waiving it.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to resolving it amicably.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
"Level of care"
