(as the patient),

Since I’ve arrived in much pain and semi consciousness, the nursing staff, physio, cleaner-The staff have been amazing. This has greatly helped me receive the treatment and recovery that I’ve needed. i’m still in pain and recovering, but I’m willing to write this as a very small token of my gratitude and appreciation.
