I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful staff at Sydney Eye Hospital for the exceptional care and kindness I received during my appointment.

The respect, compassion, and professionalism shown throughout my visit made me feel genuinely welcomed, listened to, and supported. As an Aboriginal patient, this meant a great deal to me, and I greatly appreciate everyone involved in my care.

In particular, I would like to sincerely thank Dr Sarah for her professionalism, kindness, and the time she took to ensure I felt informed and reassured throughout my appointment. I would also like to acknowledge Nurse Tifa and Nurse Naveed, whose warmth, patience, and compassionate care helped make my experience a very positive one.
