Came in for a colonoscopy. Everyone including the reception staff, nurse, anaesthetist nurse and doctors and the surgeon as well as the recovery unit nurses were professional, friendly and caring. I was very impressed with the quality of care.
The procedure went smoothly and they listened to my concerns and made me very comfortable and heard with any issues I have. Best experience I have had in a hospital. Thank you very much for making my experience of my unpleasant medical procedure as lovely as it can be.
