"Positive feedback"

I have been 4 weeks in Sydney Hospital. The staff here- doctors, nurses, catering etc  work professionally, respectfully and with care and compassion at all times! The staff go above and beyond. I have observed the nurses in stressful situations with difficult  and argumentative patients , but the nurses still maintain dignified and respectful approach at all times.
