I had a gastroscopy performed at Ryde Hospital day surgery unit recently. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy. From the person that greeted my at the information desk, to the bookings, nurses and doctors it was a very positive experience. In recovery it felt like a spa-day with my heated blanket, feet up and food and coffee delivery. Everything was communicated to me clearly and I felt informed and cared for.
