"my recovery at Shanty Creek"

About: Shanty Creek Residential Rehabilitation Facility

(as the patient),

when i came into shanty i was virtually homeless and was struggling severely with methamphetamine and alcohol and my health was very poor.

after arriving i quickly saw the doctor and started to get treatment for multiple ailments and was also eating three times a day for the first time in nearly a year.

my treatment facilitator Tanya quickly started working with me and helped me to set goals and achieve that i honestly thought i had no chance at.

she has also been working with through cpt therapy which has truly helped me to better understand and to move forward from my past.

i am extremely thankful for all there assistance and would like to thank every one of them for all there efforts.

Hello,

Well done on committing to the program at Shanty Creek, It is never easy moving into a residential facility with others who are on similar journeys.

I appreciate your openness about what brought you into treatment, hearing about how others came to find out services makes it a little easier for the next person.

It sounds like you have built a strong and trusting relationship with Tanya and the rest of the staff at Shanty Creek.

I will pass this message on to them.

Keep up the great work. Remember to reach out if you need support in the future.

Kris
