"IUD Insertion"

About: Fremantle Hospital and Health Service

(as the patient),

Every single person at the hospital was amazing. From getting offered tea while waiting, being reassured by the nurse checking my height and weight (Kylie her name was) to the doctors and nurses inserting the IUD, amazing. Thank you so so much for making a nervous experience as pleasant as it could be.

Dear nuthatchjk66,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent visit for your IUD insertion at Fremantle Hospital.

I was delighted to hear that every member of the team contributed positively to your experience. Your comments about being offered tea while waiting, as well as the reassurance provided during your care, highlight the importance we place on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients. It is especially encouraging to know that staff took the time to explain each step and provide comfort throughout the procedure.

Your kind recognition of nursing and medical staff will be shared. Feedback like yours is a wonderful reminder of the impact that compassionate, person-centred care can have on our patients, particularly in women’s health services.

Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback.

Kind regards,

Luke Dix
