It was my first time at Daylesford Hospital.
The care was super. Professional yet very welcoming and warm. Surgeon was excellent as was the anaesthetist. It started with Adele at reception then the nurses were skilled at explaining what needed to happen during the nervous pre-op time, and guiding me through the unfamiliar experience, both in prep and into the theatre. In recovery they were respectful and interesting to talk with.
All in all an outfit that should be proud of what they do, and the vibe. I am very grateful.
