About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I came with a bone issue in which after 7 hours waiting for service, they mentioned that are still 5+ people before me. 

A patient mentioned that they were waiting for 9 hours and when they asked about their case, the hospital admitted that they removed the patient from the patient list by mistake.

I feel the waiting times are ridiculous!! In my opinion, hire more staff members, this is unacceptable.
