About: Home Care Service (Alpine Health)

(as the patient),

I had meals delivered which was mandatory to have Soup Main and Sweets

Costs

I did not require sweets and was not overly impressed

It seems that custard was the main ingredient for every serving

I did enjoy the soups

The mains were OK but not much meat involved I would even go as far as saying that perhaps some of the meals included meat substitutes

I canceled my order and no longer receive them

We're sorry to hear that the meals did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments about the mandatory inclusion of soup, main meal and dessert, as well as your feedback regarding the desserts and the meat content of the meals. It's pleasing to hear that you enjoyed the soups.

We understand that meal preferences and nutritional needs vary from person to person, and we're sorry that the service was not the right fit for you. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our meal service provider as part of our ongoing review of the service.

If you are still looking for a meal service, Alpine Health can also provide frozen meals prepared by our hospital kitchen. These meals may provide an alternative that better suits your preferences. If you would like to discuss this option, please don't hesitate to contact us and we would be happy to assist.
