I would like to thank the wonderful nurses in Haematology/Oncology Day Centre (HODC) at Prince of Wales Hospital, Bright Building, Randwick.
The display of competence and care they have given me from the first day of chemotherapy treatment. That very first time, I was very anxious, nervous, apprehensive about the uncertainty outcome on that first day.
The explanations of procedures were explained well and my questions & queries were answered. As my treatment progresses, in what I have observed is the consistency of nurses care, reassurance, and understanding, and I very much appreciated.
They all deserve praise. Nurse "Tara" I call her "Smiley Nurse" has a very reassuring attitude.
My treatment was completed after 11 months duration. The cheering from the nurses when "I have to Ring The Bell". So grateful to them all!!
I also thank the volunteers who offered drinks & sandwiches/biscuits, and what a wonderful work they do for us.
