I have had quite a few appointments at the outpatients department- all of them positive from the friendly lady at reception to all the nurses and doctors I have seen, I would like to make special mention of nurse Kathryn - when I see her I am immediately calm - she is incredibly professional and has loads of empathy - always advocates for her patients - a true asset - thank you 😊
