About: Home Care Service (Alpine Health)

(as a carer),

The service and support from staff is respectful and informative. The order always arrived when expected and staff are more than happy to provide assistance if needed.

The meal variety is good, the quality of food is great and quantity is also great.

I think this service satisfies my needs as a backup when attending medical appointments or unwell. I would rate it as a great service and product but would really prefer a home cooked meal with fresh ingredients rather than processed foods.

We are pleased to hear that you have found our team respectful, informative and helpful, and that you have been happy with the reliability of the service and the quality and variety of the meals provided.

We also appreciate your honest comments regarding your preference for home-cooked meals made with fresh ingredients. We understand that many people prefer freshly prepared meals, and we recognise that meal preferences vary from person to person. Our goal is to provide a reliable, nutritious option that supports people to remain independent at home, particularly during times when preparing meals may be difficult.
