"Prince of Wales Private Hospital Surgery"

I had surgery here a few days ago, and I was genuinely impressed by the theatre nursing staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion made me feel safe and well cared for at a time when I was naturally feeling anxious.

It was the many small acts of kindness that stood out—offering warmed blankets in the cool waiting area, welcoming family members to sit beside patients in recovery, taking the time to answer questions, and always helping with a smile, even with simple things like getting out of bed. These thoughtful gestures made a real difference to my experience.

A special thank you to Teresa, my admission nurse, whose warmth, humour and calm manner immediately put me at ease, and to Anes, my recovery nurse, who provided exceptional care and reassurance after surgery. Both were outstanding and I believe are a real credit to the hospital. As are my wonderful surgeon Sarah and my anaesthetist Jennifer.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received and would like to sincerely thank the entire theatre team for making a stressful experience so much easier.
