"Other patients in the Emergency Department"

I feel I really must document my visit to ED recently. 

I took my adult son as he was having severe abdomen pain. We waited in Triage for an hour and to be perfectly honest I was shocked at the way I observed some of the patients were behaving towards the staff. I literally could not believe what they had to put up with. In my opinion, who would want to be in 'health' nowadays being treated the way they were? 

All I can say the treatment we received was amazing. From start to finish I cannot fault it. After 3 days he was discharged and will be forever grateful at the way he was seen at the hospital. Thank you Monash!
