I want to thank the amazing staff at Fremantle Hospital and in particular Nurse Denise for looking after my father during his brief stay for day surgery. The whole process from preadmission bookings, meds/pharmacy, instructions, admission, surgery, recovery, discharge is well coordinated and professional. There is a good community feel at Fremantle Hospital and staff are happy, kind and efficient.

I'd also like to thank the Opthalmology team for the excellent care and going the extra mile to make sure Dad has the best outcome. We both felt that the doctors/specialists listened and explained what was going on at each step and took good care to address any additional questions and requests. They are also happy friendly people. Thank you.

It is always rewarding to hear when patients and their families have a positive experience. I was delighted to read that Nurse Denise and the wider team provided such compassionate, professional and reassuring care throughout your father's surgical journey.

I am particularly pleased to hear that every stage of your father's care, from admission through to discharge, was well coordinated and that the Ophthalmology team took the time to listen, explain his treatment plan and ensure any questions or concerns were addressed.
