"In and out patient"

About: Allied Health (Bass Coast Health) Wonthaggi Hospital / Armitage House

(as the patient),

Where do I start?  Once again Wonthaggi hospital disappoints, in my opinion.  This admittance is after 3 other hospital admittance during my period of illness  which I could not fault. How does Wonthaggi hospital seemingly get things so un necessarily wrong.

In my opinion, my medical history with them since I have moved to the area seems to read like a test case for medical negligence. Recently I got my discharge summary after 10 days and multiple requests.  In my opinion, my medical history and notes is substandard and did not fully encompass my medical and social situation.

Funnily, I believe, the doctor seemingly failed to mention that they came to me with their team addressing many geriatric illnesses I had and I second guesses them and they did eventually apologise which I accepted graciously but their apparent mygongynistic attitude and gaslighting decided to mention an incident of me standing up. for myself as dis regulation.

There are multiple incidents that I think a patient does not need to endure. There are so many wonderful staff on all levels of care that get over looked because of the apparent procedural nightmare and a few bad eggs.  Feel free to go through my file and treat this as a test case.  I am fed up with giving constructive feedback this is a blatant complaint.

I think that this hospital needs a good overhaul of their whole system.  In my opinion, complaints of being short staffed doesn't cut it...why do people seemingly not want to work here? Thank you to those who for care for both my physical and mental health as a wholistic approach. I was made to feel like an unwanted burden by many.  Still waiting on an outpatients appointment which is due soon to attend to my condition...5 calls transfers, apparent scolding by staff I still don't have this appointment.   I think that residents of Bass Coast deserve better.

Update posted by Heath advocate (the patient)

I will await your call to me kylie. You will be familiar with my contact number. Things are still just not fixed and they're wrong far outweighs the right, in my opinion.

Recently, I was told to unlock my brace myself by one of your physio staff.
