I recently had to attend Albany Regional Health Campus emergency for a broken nose.  I was attended by Dr Ailsa. The care and concern shown to me was excellent.  Dr Ailsa was very thorough, and explained what was happening and why in an easily understandable manner. Tests were organised and performed quickly, results explained clearly and a follow up treatment plan organised.  I could not have been happier.
