(as the patient),

I was very impressed with how quickly a surgeon was able to do my surgery and how the process was so organised at the hospital at admission. 

The staff were amazing, the anaesthetist was so informative and friendly. The procedure went well. Staff observed me while coming out of surgery and explained everything I needed to do in order to go home and what to look out for and return if necessary. 

Overall, I had a very good experience on this occasion
