"The care and professionalism from the staff at Geraldton regional hospital."

At 3:30am one morning, i had to go to the hospital (Geraldton Regional Hospital) as i had really bad dental pain that was keeping me awake. I’m a very anxious person so i was so anxious, tired because I hadn’t slept because of the pain and stressed. I had a nurse called Joey (I hope that’s what he’s name was, he had a new zeland accent) help me first in triage and he was so welcoming, helping and very nice. He was professional and quick with he’s service, an absolute nice bloke. Then I spoke to a lady in the next bay window, I can’t remember her name at all but she took my details and was also very friendly and warm nature. Then the doctor who me, he’s name was Jorge (I hope that’s how it’s spelt) and he was so nice and kind, and professional in he’s work and explained everything to help me understand and listened whole heartedly and it warmed me and eased my anxiety about being in a hospital.
