"Check up eye appointment"

About: Kogarah Eye Clinic

(as the patient),

I have been a patient of Sydney Hospital for about 20 years for different health treatments.

Currently I attend Eye Clinic for moderating of Glaucoma.

I'm writing this because I was shocked how once inside the front door it is  dificult to know where to go. The reception desk in the corner is inconspicuous. I approached the desk and was directed to the ticket rendering machine.

I'm writing this because I speak English. Howeve it would be very helpful if there was someone who could direct people once inside where to go and what to do,

Dear correspondencefc49,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

We're sorry to hear you found it difficult to navigate where to go once inside the front door of Kogarah Eye clinic.

We'll pass this on to the site management team to look at how signage and staff presence near the entrance could be improved.

If you would like your concerns formally reviewed, please contact us on SESLHD-SSEHConsumerFeedback@health.nsw.gov.au so they can look into the matter further and follow up with you directly.

Thank you again for your feedback.
