Dear moonhn46

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear that our staff were kind and helpful and that your procedure was comfortable. Feeling sleepy and finding it a little difficult to open your eyes afterwards can be a normal effect of the sedation or anaesthetic, and we're glad to hear you were otherwise comfortable. We appreciate your comments and wish you a smooth recovery.

Kind Regards

Andrew Maxwell
